The notice addressed to the specific disclosure of requirements under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA).
GrowYu CRM to provide information about our data collection and processing practices to the residents of California as per the notice or before the point of collecting personal information.
GrowYU CRM PRIVACY POLICY
GROWYU CRM is a product of Om Ak Solutions to provide its services are intended for use as is. This Privacy Policy describes how GROWYU CRM will collect, share, process and use personal information if you choose the services provided by GROWYU CRM.
If residing in Europe the terms of service and Privacy Policy applicable are here.
For residing outside the European Union, Switzerland(“Europe”) and European Economic Area. Terms of Service with Om Ak Solutions and the applicable terms of this Privacy Policy.
By using the Services and accepting the GROWYU CRM Privacy Policy you consent to the sharing, collection, use, processing of personal information as described. If you provide your personal information with someone else’s information, You confirm that they are aware that their information is provided by you with their consent according to our Privacy Policy.
You may opt-out of our services to prevent further use of information shared by the services at any time.
1 Scope
GrowYu provides disclosures for 12 months preceding January 1, 2020, as per the requirements of CCPA. For clarification, without limitation, the CCPA provides that the disclosure requirements of the preceding 12 months, until January 1, 2021.
The above requirements do not extend to:
– The personal information collected by GrowYu for the sole purpose for the information about the role of natural person i.e, job, employee, owner, officer, contractor and employer.
– The personal information collected by GrowYu is also emergency contact of the user for the sole purpose to contact in an emergency.
– Residents of California who are representing themselves as Business representatives in which GrowYu holds personal information reflecting on contact with the Business representative via written or verbal communication or transaction.
The representative and the communications of the transactions with GrowYu occurs solely with the context of conducting due to diligence regarding, Business-to-Business exemption.
Residents of California have certain rights under the CCPA Act as further described in our privacy policy. The CCPA provides that until January 1, 2021, the described rights do not extend to HR and Business-to-Business exemption.
2 Your Right to Know About Information – Collected, Disclosed or Sold
We process the data necessary for creating a profile i.e name, phone number, etc. And further some information about the geo-location and to improve personalize and analyze services for users.
Subject always to obtaining your prior consent, we might:
– Provide your information to third parties like google for performance and analysis of the services.
– We do not sell Califonia residents’ personal information.
You may also submit a request to exercise the “right to Know” by sending an e-mail request to our contact information including the subject line “California request to Know”. Also, please specify the details you want to know or any personal information you would like to access.

3.1 User Profile
Whenever a profile will be created by the user, GROWYU CRM will collect the information provided. To create a user profile first name, last name and phone number and an e-mail will be registered. Information provided you will be not limited to these only.
GROWYU CRM may supplement information provided from third parties and add it to the information provided by you i.e. demographic information and publicly available additional contact information.
- Installation and Use of GROWYU CRM
When you use and Install our services, GROWYU CRM will collect personal information from devices used to interact with our services.
The information collected may include:
– Geo-location.
– Device ID or unique identifier.
– Device address book; logs; event information; incoming and outgoing calls and messages.
– SIM card operator and usage.

Information including, not limited to, usage and other information that may develop with your interaction with our services. It cannot be used to identify you whether with other information. Else we will not constitute personal information for our policy.
- Third-Party Services
You may provide us with your user identifier information regarding the usage of certain third party services.
Such third-party services may provide us with access to your information such as payment handle services, unique identification information, etc. You agree that we may collect, retain and use certain information provided by the third parties’ services under our Privacy Policy.
Note: We will never store any passwords created for third parties services.
- Contact Information
The GROWYU CRM mobile application is obtained from other sources such as Google Play. You may share the names, numbers, Google ID and email address contained in your address book.
Note: No other contact information other than phone numbers and thereto attached names, Google ID and email, the address contained in your address book.
- How We Use Your Personal Information
4.1 Improve, Personalize and Provide Our Services
GROWYU CRM may use your personal information collected to provide, maintain, analyze and improve and personalize the services to its Users and third party services providers.
- Statistical Data from the Services
We may use aggregated and anonymized personal user information for analytical purposes. We may share such data with third parties for analytics such as Google Analytics and Google play console.
4.3 Compliance with Laws and Prevention of Fraudulent or Illegal Activities
The personal information may be used to comply with the laws applicable and to protect and defend the rights or safety of GROWYU CRM and to enforce our agreements.
To perform troubleshoot for preventing or detecting fraud, security breaches and illegal activities.

Sharing and disclosure of personal information are included as part of the functionality of services in certain conditions:
– In case of legal process served on us or to comply with the law.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or storage method is 100% secure.

The incomplete, inaccurate and outdated personal information will be replenished, rectify or erased by GROWYU CRM on its initiative or at your request.
As per applicable law, the user has the right to about which personal information is stored and such information could be updated or deleted on your request.

These services do not address anyone under age 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. We encourage guardians of children to get involved in the online activities of their children by which no personal information will be collected from children without their consent.

You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy from time to time because at any time GROWYU CRM may without notice change this Privacy Policy. Users were informed by push notification in case of any substantial changes.
