GROWYU CRM is a product of Om Ak Solutions to provide its services are intended for use as is. This Privacy Policy describes how GROWYU CRM will collect, share, process and use personal information if you choose the services provided by GROWYU CRM.

For API users, few additional provision applies under API License Addendum which is incorporated in these terms of service.

1 Personal Information

GROWYU CRM is committed to the security and protection of the personal information of the users and the services. The Privacy Policy describes how we use, collect, process and share personal information and with the consent and acknowledgement of the users.

2 Grant of Rights

Except as otherwise agreed separately in writing between us or set in API License Addendum to compliance with terms of use at all times. APPLSOUL grants users a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and limited to use services for their own commercial and personal use.

Users may not copy, decompile, or modify GROWYU CRM services or applications. Users are not granted any right to use GROWYU CRM’s name, commercial symbols or other trademarks.

Any API, commercial or enterprise use of the services governed under API License Addendum or other agreement required by GROWYU CRM.

• Support

GROWYU CRM is determined to provide efficient and adequate technical support, updates, upgrades for the services. However, GROWYU CRM will not be under any obligation to do so. We may under these terms and conditions stop or discontinue providing support, updates, upgrades provided from time to time.

• User Obligations and Restrictions

Users guarantee that any information and content including user profile information and information in your contact book, that will be shared by GROWYU CRM as a user of the services.

Except as agreed separately in writing between us, or as per API License Addendum. Users may not use our services in an illegal and harmful manner which may be offensive as per GROWYU CRM or third parties. Further, the use of services will not be used for harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame or infringement which may violate the law in any means. GROWYU CRM will not be responsible for such use and terminate your services without notices.

• Proprietary Rights

The services are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. GROWYU CRM shall retain ownership and its services all related to its intellectual property rights.

All copyrights, trademarks, databases, and patents are subject to only GROWYU CRM. Users are only granted limited use of services subject to the use of terms and conditions.

• Disclaimer and Liabilities

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GROWYU CRM makes no warranty, represent, express or implied concerning the services, quality, performance, particular purpose or non-infringement of third-party rights. The services are provided “as is” and users agree to use services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by the law, users agree that GROWYU CRM may not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or any exemplary damages arising out of the use or inability to use services.

However, nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability that mandatorily cannot be limited or excluded by law.

7 Fees

GROWYU CRM offers certain services or features for which a fee will be payable under paid services. The purchase of the services may subject to foreign exchange fees or prices based on your location.

With the purchase of or subscribe to such paid services, the user agrees to pay fees and taxes under third-party payment and billing terms.

8 Termination

User’s right to use the services continue until these terms are terminated. GROWYU CRM may terminate the terms and use of our services at any time under the expiration of the subscription of the given services.

These provisions of sections disclaimer of warranties, termination, and limitation of liability and governing law shall survive any termination of these terms.

9 Assignment

GROWYU CRM reserves all the rights, at its discretion, to transfer the rights, to freely assign and obligations under these terms of use to any third-party.

10 Governing Law

These terms shall be constructed and governed under the laws of India. The user agrees that any legal proceedings or actions may be brought exclusively in the competent tribunals/courts/ having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India. Both GROWYU CRM and users irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such tribunals/courts.
