GROWYU CRM API License Addendum

The API License Addendum applies to all API users and it is also incorporated in reference to the GROWYU CRM Privacy Policy terms.

Some features of the API services may subject to some additional guidelines and rules. These will be posted in the API services in connections with such features. All these additional rules, guidelines are incorporated by reference to the Addendum.

In the Addendum

API is the software program in source code form. Any documentation provided with it, modified, updated or enhanced versions of such items that GROWYU CRM provides to its API user to this Addendum.

Note: The API is deemed part of the services provided by GROWYU CRM.

The API key is the code provided by GROWYU CRM, that permits API used to access the API.

The API User App is a plug-in pr other software application that –

– Developed for the API user to improve contact information through the use of the API or the service.

– It complies with the requirements of terms and Addendum.

API License and Restrictions

The terms and conditions of this Addendum, GROWYU CRM grants the API users a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

– Internal use of the API to use the API.

– Internally use, display, perform, reproduce the API as necessary to develop, support and maintain the API user App. In accordance with the specifications of the API.

– Process the content obtained through the API, provided that the API user complies with all the terms and conditions including this Addendum.

API users must acknowledge that this API and its source code, organization, structure are valuable trade secrets of the GROWYU CRM. API users agree to not distribute, disclose, sublicense or transfer the data received in the API services or API itself.

API users are not allowed to use the data from the services of the API in violation of the applicable law. If API user is not subject to the laws based on EU Data Protection Directive 95/46, or corresponding legislation enacted by a non-EU state, the API user hereby agrees:

– Subscribe to Safe Harbor principles.

– Contractually agrees to provide at least the same level protection of the personal data as relevant for the Safe Harbor principles.

Submitted Information and Confidentiality

“Confidential information” includes the API key and API with any other material provided by GROWYU CRM designates it as confidential, including third-party access and credentials.

The foregoing instructions for the API user are to not disclose or believe it to be confidential if GROWYU CRM deemed it to be.

Indemnity

API users must agree to indemnify or hold GROWYU CRM(service providers and employees) harmless from any claim or demand of the third-party due to:

– API user’ use of services.

– API users’ violation of terms including the Addendum.

– API users’ violation of any applicable laws or regulations including any privacy laws.

– API user APP.

Fees

API users will immediately pay all the applicable fees for the services and products purchased or sourced by GROWYU CRM.

Term and Termination

This Addendum will remain in effect until the API user’s subscription has expired or it has been terminated as per provided in this section. API user may terminate this Addendum upon written notice to GROWYU CRM in the immediate effectiveness.
